While we make every effort to process grant applications as quickly as possible, incomplete applications or those requiring the applicant to provide additional information may not be completed in time for the following grant round. 

Please do not leave your application until the last day of the cut-off (5 pm Monday, the 8th of September 2025).

Please respond to any requests from Pub Charity staff for updated or additional information as soon as possible, as incomplete and non-compliant grant applications may be held over or returned to the applicant.
